BePart is a digital platform that connects creators, fans, and travel agency partners to create group travel experiences. BePart does not organize trips or act as a tour operator: our role is to provide the technological tools to publish offers, collect applications, and manage communication between the parties.

On the platform, anyone can submit a proposal or apply for available experiences. The creator retains complete discretion in selecting participants and approving the initiative.

Once a trip is confirmed, the planning, organization, sale of the travel package, and operational management (itinerary, included services, payments, documents, assistance, and responsibilities towards travelers) are handled exclusively by the partner travel agency, which acts as the sole organizer and seller pursuant to applicable legislation.
